1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect product delivered
- Item significantly different from description
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Delay caused by courier or customs clearance
- Minor variations in color, packaging, or design
- Incorrect address provided by customer
4. Return Process
To request a return or refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
Our team will review and provide further instructions.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Shipping Charges
- UAE customers receive Free Shipping
- GCC customers are charged AED 35 shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error
7. Return Shipping
In case of defective or incorrect items, we may cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Order Refusal
If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
